Charlie Eppinger, Chief Executive Officer
Charlie has over 20 years experience in the mutual fund and banking industry. Charlie became Cofunds Chief Executive in June 2005. Charlie joined Cofunds from IFDS where under his leadership as CEO the business became the largest third party fund administration business in the UK. Charlie has now relinquished his day-to-day responsibilities at IFDS where he is Executive Chairman.

Alastair Conway, Marketing & Proposition Director
Alastair joined Cofunds at the start of 2008. His role involves evolving Cofunds shop window of innovative, market leading propositions, products and services. His team is also responsible for all aspects of effectively marketing and communicating the Cofunds proposition to the marketplace and our relationships with Fund Managers. Alastair's previous roles include Head of Propositions and Commercial Development at Sesame and CEO of The Clear Group, a Financial Services Group based in London and Surrey. He has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years.

Andrew Creak, Managing Director, Sales and Distribution
Andy has worked with Cofunds since its inception, initially with Cap Gemini managing the launch of the company and then taking on the development of the IT Team. In September 2004 Andy took on the responsibility of running the client services area of Cofunds. Andy has over 15 years experience in developing and managing complex systems in a wide variety of financial organisations.

Andrew Harris, Managing Director, Finance and Controls
Andrew joined Cofunds in May 2003. He is a qualified chartered accountant and has worked in the financial services industry for the past 10 years. Andrew has extensive experience of managing large finance and operational teams in his previous roles as Finance Director of Save & Prosper and Chief Financial Officer for the european asset management business of JP Morgan Chase.

Stephen Mohan, Managing Director, Operational Services
Stephen joined Cofunds in October 2005.  Originally an Army Officer, he later joined ICL selling to financial institutions. Since then Stephen's career has included an MBA and working with Gemini Consulting, IT Director for RBS Trust Bank Ltd, Managing Director UK retail Funds for Bank of New York and Managing Director of Retail Funds for M&G and Prudential.  Stephen's interim roles include Chief Executive of Royal London Servicing and Executive Director, Fidelity and Funds Network.

Ian Harris, Programme Director
Ian Harris joined Cofunds in July 2005 as Director of Programme Management and is responsible for the delivery of all major business change projects.  Prior to joining Cofunds, Ian was at International Financial Data Services for seven years, where he was Programme Director.  Ian's early career was spent working in IT in the financial services sector.

Stuart Johnson, Chief Technology Officer
Stuart has responsibility for all aspects of the development and operation of Cofunds IT systems. He has worked with Cofunds since its inception in May 2000, initially with Cap Gemini, working on the design and development of the company's systems. Stuart has over 12 years experience of developing IT solutions for a variety of blue chip organisations, including Zeneca Agrochemicals, British Petroleum, BBC and Egg.

Steve Mapes, Controls Assurance Director
Steve joined Cofunds in July 2005 and has over 18 years experience in the financial services industry with the last 14 years in compliance and risk management roles focusing particularly on mutual funds. Steve previously worked in compliance and risk positions at: International Financial Data Services, Schroders (where he was Head of Retail Compliance) and Norwich Union.

Fiona Marshall, Human Resources Director 
Fiona started her working life in Financial Services with Abbey National as a retail management trainee.  With Abbey National, she moved into their training department and continued to spend 8 years in this area before moving across into a generalist Human Resources role. Fiona's last position, before moving into her role with Cofunds in June 2006, was as Head of HR for Euronext.liffe, the Derivatives Exchange.
