CPA unavailable Saturday 18 August

Suffolk Life is making some improvements to their website this weekend so you won't be able to access the Cofunds Pension Account between 9am and 6pm on Saturday 18 August. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause - we do try to keep site maintenance to off peak times to minimise the inconvenience to you.

Website timeout

We've listened to your feedback and introduced a sixty second countdown to warn you before you're automatically logged off.

The warning will appear after 10 minutes and will give you the option of remaining logged in, however when the timer reaches zero you'll be logged out and the log in screen will appear.

Buy and switch requests on paper

Following new EU regulations around Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs), ALL requests to buy or switch an investment need to be made online or using a Cofunds application form. We no longer accept requests to buy or switch by letter alone.

The relevant declaration is included through our online trade process and on paper application forms, so in order to satisfy the new European Union regulations, ALL requests to buy or switch an investment will now have to be made online or using a Cofunds application form. This will also have the added benefit of reducing the chance of referrals and rejections.

Therefore, any requests that have been received after Friday 3 August 2012 may not be accepted - this applies to both wrapped and unwrapped collective investments. Written requests to sell a fund will still be accepted, however if the end investor wishes to put the proceeds into a new fund, the relevant Cofunds application form must be used.

We had an obligation to share this change to the way we accept business with end-investors, and we notified them via an insert in their annual statement - which they received in June / July.
