Helping you submit those last minute ISA applications

We’re once again setting up ISA collection points across the UK, enabling you to submit those last minute ISA applications before the end of the tax year. We’re seeing a lot of you submit applications online, however if you’d prefer to drop off your applications  there will be 15 national collection points open on the 5 April 2011 from 8.30am to 6pm (5pm in Belfast). CPA improvements - Forms clearer and easier to use

Following your feedback we’ve made the Regular Investment Instruction and the remuneration section of the Client Declaration form much clearer and easier to use. There is also a new Adviser Charging Application form so you can request remuneration changes. All forms can be found in our document centre.

Ensuring your fees are paid

As part of our ongoing developments to help you prepare for the RDR, you can now set up your client’s account so a portion of their investments is automatically sold to meet any regular payments like regular withdrawals or adviser fees.

This new enhancement affects clients that already have regular withdrawals in place and have agreed to pay you a fee for your services. If a client of yours has been affected you will have been notified by letter. You can view the letter here.

As part of the new functionality we have updated some of our forms to reflect the changes. If you have copies of the forms printed we will still accept them until the 21 February 2011.
